- WE'RE ON IT: Our customer care team will confirm the details of your return or exchange within 3 business day, ensuring everything is sorted out swiftly.
- FREE & EASY RETURNS: Once approved, we’ll email you a free return shipping label — just print it, attach it to the package, and send it back.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- All returns or exchanges need to be initiated within 30 days from receipt.
- Ensure you start your return through your dashboard to guarantee a smooth process.
Returns & Refunds
Final Sale Conditions:
- BOGO Orders: All Buy One, Get One orders are final.
- Clearance Items: Includes all clearance apparel, accessories, and jewelry.
- Discounted Items: Any items with a 25% or greater discount are considered final sale.
Processing Your Returns:
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval status of your refund.
- Refund Method: Eligible returns are issued as store credit (JV Gift Card), deducting any applicable taxes and shipping fees. JV Gift Cards expire 5 years after issue.
