If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the chat button in the bottom-right corner of your screen within 30 days of receiving your order and we will see what can be done to make it right. Refunds are given in the form of store credit unless otherwise agreed upon due to the circumstances of your order.

> To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them - unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Damages & Issues

We inspect each and every item that enters our warehouse in order to avoid quality issues. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives to ensure it meets your expectations.

If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter.

We make every effort to show accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with minor variations will not be considered defective because each item may be slightly different in pattern placement or color.

The term "Final Sale" refers to an item that cannot be returned, exchanged, or given store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We are unable to accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, or used.

Certain types of items cannot be returned for any reason, like undergarments (bras, panties, shapewear, lingerie) and personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Returns & Refunds:

  • All BOGO Orders are FINAL SALE.
  • All Clearance Items - including apparel, accessories, and jewelry, are FINAL SALE.
  • Items with a 25% or greater discount will also be considered FINAL SALE. 
  • All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items that have not been worn, washed, or altered may be returned if the original tags remain attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box with all protective packaging.
  • Returns of items that appear worn, have makeup, deodorant, or animal hair on them, smell of smoke or fragrances, are damaged, have tags that are not attached, or are received more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. 
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit (JV Gift Card*) for the original purchase price, less any tax and shipping fees paid. We do not offer cash refunds unless otherwise agreed upon in order to provide free return shipping labels to our customers. *According to federal law, gift cards expire 5 years after the date of issue.
