All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Free Standard Shipping on all orders of + $50. If you select 2-day shipping, a flat cost of $25.00 will be applied. Please note, Jolie Vaughan Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays on behalf of the carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, specifically during holidays (including but not limited to Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas), shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages
Jolie Vaughan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
